We have established a reputation for our ability to provide a complete dosing and disinfection solution. This is achieved through a comprehensive knowledge base to provide our clients with an optimal plant layout and design for disinfection and treatment of potable and waste water.

Our experienced technical staff is available to assist with the planning and layout of plants of all sizes and compositions and we can provide expert input to consultants based on ECSA fee scales.

If needed, we can provide a turnkey project to suite the client’s needs.

Expertise:

Using Wallace & Tiernan products and years of expertise in engineering and water treatment, we have been designing and constructing installations for almost 30 years.
These years of experience ensures access to knowledge on all aspects of chemical processes in the water and related fields inclusive of disinfection, pH correction and water conditioning.

Pride on quality:

Our quality service to the customer range from advice, project management, installation, commissioning and training to preventative maintenance of any dozing installation.

Services that are available include:

Creation of P+ID (Process + Instrumentation Drawing);
Installation plans;
Participation in the planning of the entire dozing building and associated pipe work, electricity, etc;
Planning of the electric (PLC), the hydraulic and mechanical processes , the measurement and control as well as the data transfer by Bus using  SCADA-systems.
Turnkey installations, and
Preventative and day to day management of the systems.
When needed, we call on experts in a specific field to enhance our own in-house expertise.

Supply

KLOMAC is an agent for the supply of SIEMENS Wallace and Tiernan water treatment equipment in the Southern African region. We provide a comprehensive range of water treatment as well as safety and related equipment and carry a range of equipment and spares needed for the Southern African market.

Where demanded by economic and other preferences from the client, we source products outside of the Wallace & Tiernan range as longs as it does not jeopardise safety and long-term sustainability of an installation.

Install

Our professional installation service is the mainstay of our business as we believe that this is the best guarantee both KLOMAC and the client have against equipment failure that can have disastrous results.

Due to the specialised nature of the equipment it requires expert knowledge to ensure a quality installation. Our technical installation staff have the necessary experience and training to ensure your equipment will be installed to the highest possible standard and in conformance to local and international standards at all times.

Maintain

KLOMAC as part of its comprehensive service will also maintain equipment to ensure that all your dosing and disinfection equipment is 100% operational at all times. We can contractually maintain equipment to operational standards according to legislated regulations for our client’s peace of mind.

Operate

As part of our commitment to ensure plant efficiency, we have launched a new service for the operation of treatment plants. With our extensive knowledge and resources we can manage your treatment plant and provide a cost effective solution for the maintenance and day to day operation thereof based on a comprehensive service level agreement.
